I reached out to Rashelle in hopes of refinancing my home, and she was so incredibly helpful, empathetic and honest. Any time I had a question, Rashelle was always quick to respond and always explained things in a clear and transparent way. My situation was a bit complicated, and Rashelle worked very hard to make me and my family feel comfortable and well informed the entire way. From our initial conversation to closing she has been absolutely amazing and attentive.

Rashelle is incredible! From start to finish, she made the entire home purchase/loan process understandable for us as first time home buyers. She helped us purchase our home with a USDA loan that was originally locked at a higher rate. But she was always watching the market and was able to get our rate lowered before closing, which made a big difference. She made sure we knew we could always reach out to ask her questions, no matter how small. She genuinely wanted us to understand every step along the way. If you are looking for a lender who truly looks out for their clients, constantly works on improving your loan, and makes you feel like the priority, stop looking. This is the one.

Rashelle is a very professional and also caring person!
She went out of her way to find the best option that perfectly suits to my financial situation when I purchased my condo.
She is very responsive and I was thankful that she always made herself available to answer my questions and concerns! (I had a lot of them too!)
She also provides a monthly report regarding your property for free of charge so that you can gain a better idea of what your property worths in the current market.
I highly recommend her tailor made, superior service to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy lender!

Rashelle is amazing! We just bought our first home with an FHA loan in our home town of Reno/Sparks and its perfect! Her and our realtor quite literally did all the hard dirty work for us. This has been so stressful but I wouldn't have any hair on my head if I didn't have Rashelle in my corner. 100/10 would recommend!

I cannot recommend Rachelle at Sage Clarity enough. This was, without a doubt, a perfect 5-star experience from the very first phone call through closing.

Rashelle is super easy to work with. What I mean when I say that is that when things got stressful for me, she was on top of everything and made the whole process quick and painless. I work crazy hours so sometimes it was difficult for me to get her what she needed, but her patience and understanding was definitely appreciated. Rashelle didn’t. treat me like I was customer #164832, She treated me like I was her only Customer. She crunched numbers for me for different scenarios without hesitation. That coupled with her honest advice, help me come to a decision on how I wanted to proceed.

You know what makes home buying less stressful? Having a lender that delivers outstanding customer service, and perhaps a shoulder to lean on when the process gets complicated. I am not a first time buyer, but it has been many years since I purchased a home and was lucky enough for this purchase to use Rachelle Kotch with Sage Home Lending. Rachelle was available whenever I needed her, she provided "sage" advice (get it!!) when I needed it, and helped me navigate the multitudes of paperwork needed nowadays to purchase a home. Rashelle even came to my closing and helped me through the signing process. I can, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend Rashelle as a lender, broker, and all around advocate for the buyer. I truly am so impressed with her, her decades of experience, and thoughtful guidance through my purchase. Sage Home Lending is the absolute BEST!!! Rachelle was my direct rep. I so love her. My realtor referred her to me, and she has been a Godsend ever since. She and her company truly went above and beyond to get me a great product through a solid provider.
I incurred minimal fees and did a comparison with a major competitor mortgage company. I saved a decent amount so I can now redirect those funds to help me get settled in my property.
Rachelle is an angel. I definitely am keeping her for future investments. She is a great advisor, friend and an all around classy lady. It was meant for our paths to meet.
